After years of practicing real estate on the Front Range of Colorado, it became clear to Ina, the IS HOME Team founder and team lead, that we are experiencing a massive shift in collective consciousness. I'm known for bringing an innovative, razor sharp and upbeat approach to my practice of real estate.
As a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) with a Master's degree from CU Boulder, I use a data-informed process to help my clients get the best deal possible in the competitive Colorado market.
A long-time student of mindfulness and meditation, I attend to the deeper desires motivating my clients' real estate goals - giving me an edge to service that far exceeds the industry standard.
I come from a real estate family in Austin, Texas, where I learned the foundations of the industry: sales, marketing, lending, and title. In my career, I've been involved with purchases, sales, investments, 1031 exchanges, property management, foreclosures, permaculture development, flips, and land deals. In my professional career, I'm committed to my own continuing education, as well as to actively connecting with other brokers throughout the state, nationally, and internationally; so I can stay ahead of the curve of where my industry is going, and be on the cutting edge as a leader in the change.
It is my professional goal to be as educated as possible about the local and global real estate markets, and to be able to connect my clients with the best brokers from around the world, should they so need.
